- Advised a group of techpreneurs from a leading global semi conductor chip design and development corporation on their exit from their employer, drafted the inter se promoters shareholders agreements, investment documentation from a strategic angel investor and thereafter assisted them in the second round investment from a private equity fund.
- Advised a leading customer relations management software product development and management company in structuring the acquisition of a US based target and further assisted them with an investment into the company to fund the said acquisition.
- Advised a leading Indian chip design and manufacturing corporate to acquire and merge with a California based chip design software corporation.
- Advised India’s oldest and leading private equity fund on several of their exits by way of strategic sale of their shareholding in portfolio companies.
