Sandhya is a corporate lawyer at ALMT Legal. She graduated with distinction from S.D.M. Law College, Mangalore in 2007 and enrolled with the Bar Council of Karnataka in 2008.

Sandhya’s core practice areas consist of private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, as well as mergers and acquisitions. She has acted for numerous domestic and international clients, including private equity funds, venture capital investors and business groups looking to establish and/or expand their business within India or abroad.

She advises the Firm’s clients on legal structures and documentation, compliance and regulatory issues relating to inbound and outbound investments and disinvestments across a broad spectrum of sectors, including food and hospitality, services, manufacturing, defence, technology and education.
