Pushkraj is an Associate Partner with the Firm’s Mumbai office. Pushkraj has over 9 years of experience having worked with a number of reputed law firms. He joined ALMT Legal in 2021 and quickly climbed up the ranks to become an Associate Partner in 2023.
Pushkraj primarily handles matters relating to criminal disputes especially white collar disputes and has vast knowledge and experience in criminal law. He has successfully represented private clients and leading Indian and International Conglomerates before various courts and tribunals across India in criminal matter relating to a wide array of enactments including IPC, PMLA, MPID, PC Act, FEMA, COFEPOSA, NDPS, POCSO, IT Act, the Copyrights Act and Trademark Act and matters relating to Cyber Crime. Pushkraj has advised a number of international clients on various aspects of the UK Bribery Act (UKBA) & Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
Additionally, Pushkraj has also worked extensively in matters relating to arbitration, family disputes, intellectual property disputes and commercial disputes.
Pushkraj has expertise in dealing with matters in a practical and fair manner. He is extremely meticulous and keeps the clients interest paramount while dealing with matters and has been time and again appreciated by the firm’s clients.

- Represented and defended a leading Indian Corporates against FIRs filed with the Economic Offences Wing, Mumbai in Supreme Court of India and Bombay High Court.
- Represented a global brand based in the Middle East in a Trademark Infringement matter in India.
- Represented and defended a pre-eminent luxury goods Designer based in Mumbai in a matter relating to an FIR filed for fraud and intellectual property theft before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court.
- Represented a multi-national corporation based in Netherlands in a matter relating to Cyber Crime.
- Represented a multi-national corporation in a matter relating to Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty and Letter Rogatory with Hong Kong and China.
- Represented accused persons and corporations in National Spot Exchange Ltd Scam, Mumbai.
- Assisted Special Public Prosecutor in scams related to Stamp paper Scam and Binary Pyramid schemes.
- Represented multiple clients in matters relating to attachment of property under PMLA.
- Successfully represented various clients in a bail applications before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court and subordinate courts relating to PMLA, MPID and PC Act.
