On graduating from HNLU, Nikit chose courtroom practise by donning the robes. He regularly appears in national and international disputes. He appears before various High Courts and Supreme Court of India. He has appeared before several state and national tribunals, fora and commissions.

Nikit represents multi-national companies, start-ups, associations, clubs, educational institutions, joint ventures. He continues to advise in disputes across various sectors including defence, infrastructure, real estate, corporate, employment, consumer, artificial intelligence, e-commerce, banking. He regularly appears in arbitrations involving disputes over 100 crores. He has acted and advised several high net families, trusts, individuals, companies in resolving differences and disputes. He also appears for government authorities and state-owned entities.
