Jyothi has completed her degree in Law (B.L.) in the year 1991 from the Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College, Chennai. With a passion to take up academics she went on to complete her Masters in Law (LL.M) specialising in ‘International Law and Constitutional Law’ in 1994 from the University of Madras and in partial fulfilment of the LLM Degree submitted a Dissertation on the “International Monetary Institutions with reference to International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank) and its affiliates”.

She joined the Bar in the year 1991 and practiced in the courts at Chennai during her initial years into the profession. Thereafter, she has been guiding some of the largest investments in the Real Estate sector in India in the last few years and has worked in various corporate legal departments of Bangalore’s leading real estate companies such as Sigma Group, Prestige, Ozone, Mantri Group and her latest stint with Vaswani Group offering them advice on property related matters.

Jyothi specializes in Real Estate transactions, conducting Due Diligences and drafting allied documents including property development agreements, construction agreements, structuring joint ventures and drafted, vetted joint venture agreement and various ancillary agreements including lease agreement, license agreement, Liaisoning with various Governmental/ statutory authorities Powers of Attorneys, and also liaising to get them registered before the jurisdictional offices of assurances. Jyothi also has experience in conducting cases and in this regard has appeared before the Courts, Tribunal, the Consumer Forum and Arbitration. She was involved in drafting of various pleadings, petitions and applications.
